Lunch Club for the Over 60’s
Our lunch club for older people will start on October 5th and we will be releasing details shortly about the menu and how to order in advance. We wish to thank our funders, Mantell Gwynedd and the Community Foundation Wales for the grants which will allow us to offer a two course meal at reduced cost for those aged 60+.

Walking Club
It’s really important for any community to stay physically active, so why not join the Ty’n Llan Walking Club? Every week (weather permitting), the club organises a series of hikes in and around the area, with difficulty and distance varying to make sure that everyone gets the opportunity to join in. The walks generally start at Ty’n Llan and either complete a circular stroll from there, or drive a short distance to the starting point to complete the walk, wherever that may be! The club also always tries to finish at Ty’n Llan for a nice hot drink! If you’d like to join in, contact Meinir Williams on 07717 488177 – welcome to all!

Clwb Dysgwyr Cymraeg
Monthly Welsh learners’ club. Ydych chi’n dysgu Cymraeg? Dewch i ymarfer sgwrsio yn Ty’n Llan, Llandwrog rhwng 7:30 a 8:30 ar nos Iau olaf pob mis. These are conversational sessions for Welsh learners of all levels. They are not Welsh lessons, and therefore not suitable for total beginners, you should at least have attended some lessons or followed a self-study course before attending. However, if you are interested in learning Welsh please visit learnwelsh.cymru to search for lessons or take a look at saysomethingin.com and when you feel ready please feel free to join us on the last Thursday evening of the month in Ty’n Llan, Llandwrog.

Ty’n Llan Ni
The future of Ty’n Llan is in the hands of our young people. Through the help of a Young Volunteers grant from Mantell Gwynedd, we have set up a young people’s project – ‘Ty’n Llan Ni’ to hear their views and ensure their contribution to the development of Ty’n Llan. Many exciting workshops have been organized and we look forward to sharing what the young people will have created and achieved.
